Then & Now
TV Mary Kate and Ashley

Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen
I spent most of my teenage years watching their movies, going to Walmart to get their fashion line and always renting Billboard Dad and Holiday in the Sun.

STAY BUSY
Habits I Recommend

Doom scrolling is a fast track to anxiety — and we all do it. Next time you're waiting at the doctor's office or sitting on the toilet, put the phone down and grab a book. Reading activates your brain in ways a screen never will — it builds focus, reduces cortisol, strengthens memory, and actually calms your nervous system. Your brain was made to think, not to scroll.

STRESS & ANXIETY
Invest in you

Magnesium glycinate — not the other magnesiums, they are all different, and this specific one is the one you want. It supports deep sleep, reduces anxiety, calms the nervous system, relaxes muscles, and helps regulate mood. Stop driving everyone around you crazy and just take it. You'll feel the difference within days. Disclaimer: always check with your doctor first.

WELLNESS
Sleepy after meals?

I noticed I was constantly feeling sleepy after meals — especially midday. That post-lunch fog was real. Since I started taking digestive enzymes, it's completely gone. Here's why: digestive enzymes help your body break down food more efficiently, so your system isn't working overtime to digest. Less energy spent on digestion means more energy for you. They also reduce bloating, support nutrient absorption, and help balance blood sugar spikes — which are the real reason you're crashing after eating. Game changer.

KITCHEN
Most used

My most used kitchen gadget without question — the DeLonghi Dedica Duo. Perfect for a tiny kitchen space, sleek, and incredibly reliable. This is a staple in our house. We use it every single day, and it's always a hit with guests. If you love good coffee at home, this is the one.

HOMESCHOOL
I love Homeschooling

I recommend this path a lot — but I don't recommend it to everyone. Homeschooling is an incredible journey, but it's not the right fit for every family. Just like peanut butter is a great source of protein for some people, a peanut butter allergy can also kill someone. If the wrong family starts homeschooling for the wrong reasons, it can kill a child's love of learning and spread a bad reputation toward home education as a whole. Know your why before you start.

JOMO
Joy Of Missing Out

Learn to love your home. Really love it. There is something deeply underrated about being on your sofa reading a book on a Sunday afternoon, or watching a film with your family on a Friday night with nowhere to be. Make your home feel cozy, quiet, and safe. It will save you money, eliminate headaches, and bring your family closer than any trip ever could. What helps me stay in that feeling? My essential oil collection. The right scent in the right space makes you never want to leave — and that stillness? It's everything.

my daily non-negotiables
habits that keep me whole.
Morning routine

Early mornings, every single day — yes, even weekends. I'm obsessive about my sleep routine specifically so I can wake up before the world does, feeling genuinely energized. No phone for the first hour. No noise. No demands. Just peace, quiet, and my tea. That stillness is non-negotiable.

Personal growth

I love reading and constantly learning how to become a better human — inside and out. But what I'm truly obsessed with is emotional intelligence and building real resilience. We live in a world full of excuses not to move forward, and I refuse to be part of that. Hard things happen. You grow through them. That's it.

Hosting

I love hosting and I go all out — every single time. Full decorations, a theme, branded recipes, the works. But what makes it truly special is the people. I keep a tight, intentional circle of amazing human beings who have zero tolerance for drama and 100% energy for mental growth. That combination? Unmatched.

Movement

I've done Pilates reformer for many years — it transformed my posture, breathing, balance, and flexibility in ways I didn't expect. Then my friend Diana introduced me to weight lifting and completely took my body and mind to the next level. I'm now obsessed. The science behind it is undeniable — hormonal balance, bone density, insulin resistance, muscle mass. Moving your body with intention is one of the most powerful things you can do for yourself.

Boundaries

I don't allow anything destructive in my space — no FOMO people, no entitlement, no dependency. I'm an adult with a full, busy life doing my best for my family every day. I have zero time and zero desire for people who have no intention of growing up or doing things for themselves. I'm overprotective of my time and energy — because it's more valuable than money, and I'm not afraid to say it out loud.

Family time

My husband and I live by a formula that actually works — 70% together as a family, 20% individual "me time" (because a full person makes a better partner and parent), and 10% him with his friends playing soccer, me with my girls socializing. It sounds simple, but being intentional about it has been the recipe behind everything we want, need, and that genuinely makes us happy. 13+ years of marriage and counting — this formula is our secret.

Tamagotchi a note from me

"I am not just what I do.
I am how I love, how I learn,
and how I show up every day."
